I will leave an Amazon review when I get the book I ordered. Wow this gets complicated!? I am sorry you have had such trouble with what should have been a straightforward publication. I hope you get some income from the Amazon version?
Yeah the complicated part is the legal exposure especially if somebody is willing to cause trouble (Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation, short SLAPP). And finding good council for international law and anti-SLAPP is neither easy nor cheap.
But I just want people to read it and make it easily accessible; even find ways to offer it for free. That would not be possible with a publisher, because of rights, but now that I self-publish, honestly, I can do with the book what I want, such as make it freely available :)
So in the end, I guess it should have always been like that.
I am not entirely sure how to do that, since the voice over was already generated from text-to-speech. Will look into it and see what can be done on substack audio.

Thank you, appreciated!

There needs to be closed captioning for these sessions. Its very tough if you have hearing issues to otherwise listen to the broadcasts.
